The following area contains some tips you might wanna think
about before you arrive. It always helps to prepare yourself so you'll have fun instead of getting caught by suprise
and... well... you know.
- Bringing along some food, drinks and some extra snacks is
very highly recommended! If you bring Rover or Fifi, they'll probably get hungry too from all the running around
free.
- Check the weather for the days you are planning on being
here. This way you'll know what to expect, be hot or cold, rainy/muddy or sunny, or beautiful sunsets and stary
night rides!
- The nearest gas station is the Pilot Travel Center which
is located about 10 miles away. You may want to bring extra fuel with you depending on how much riding you plan
on doing. Here's a link to the Pilot TS so you can find it if you need to plus other local
resources.
- If you're gonna camp with us, make sure you've got the things
to make sleeping like a baby easy. Depending on what you have in mind, skeeter nets and a big can of "Off"
may be a good idea.
- An extra roll of toilet paper... just in case.
- A gallon jug of water or two is pretty handy too.
